We will be serving a fabulous fusion dinner of traditional Norwegian dishes with an international/modern twist. 

Vegan, meat and fish options will be available.

Kristiansand Food Club is hosting a short foraging trip followed by a cooking lesson in how to prepare a delicious meal using the "fruits of the forest". 

We will meet at the carpark on Svartjønnveien in Baneheia and then on to our courtyard garden to prepare the meal. 

Cost 50kr per person (to include all additional ingredients for the meal)

Please wear suitable clothing for foraging and eating outdoors :-)

Kristiansand Food Club kjører igang en sopptur etterfulgt av et matkurs der vi tilbereder "skogens frukter".

Vi møts på parkeringsplassen i enden av Svarttjønnveien der hvor lysløypa i Baneheia begynner. Soppen tibereder vi i hagen vår i etterpå.

Kristiansand Food Club is hosting another masterclass cooking event

We will be teaching you how to prepare delicious street food: 

Fresh fish tacos with sauces (homemade wholewheat and corn soft tortillas with spicy fish and a cool and hot sauce) 

Falafel with homemade pita bread and sauces
Homemade sliders (for the meat eaters ;-) )

Different kinds of satay skewers

To celebrate this and our front page news we are hosting a fish and chip pop up in a beautiful courtyard in Posebyen:


On the menu will be:

  • Freshly caught Beer-Battered Pollock from our local fish market
  • Amazing triple cooked hand cut chips
  • Mushy peas
  • Legendary homemade tartare sauce

Sushi making masterclass 2

Following on from the success of our event last year we are excited to be hosting another one this year.  

During the event you will learn how to prepare delicious home made sushi.  This will include, both oily and white fish, shellfish and vegetarian types. 

Different sauces will also be prepared. 

All ingredients, workstations, sushi mats and utensils will be provided.
